TRAIN WITH LEBRON JAMES
The Revolution Skill Lab offers skill development for boys and girls of all abilities, grades 4-12. Training methods are focused and disciplined utilizing proprietary training tools including weighted medicine balls, tennis balls, rip cones, and footwork mats. Athletes work in a small groups to create a competitive environment that takes athletes through innovative training to develop ball handling, footwork, coordination, and strength. Our instant feedback monitors allow athletes to visually learn and correct patterns to achieve better results.
Personal training clients get 3 sessions a month plus access to daily group training at the Skill Lab
